Remodeled in 1995, our four bedroom, two bath home is better than ever. Located one house off the beach, we continue to rent only to people we know, friends and family. Word of mouth works too!

The usual benefits continue to be wonderful. Step off the front porch onto the path to the wide open beach. Proposal Rock is a hikable version of Haystack Rock and there is a safe inlet off the ocean by the rock where kids can wade and make sandcastles.

Neskowin is a small walkable community that has successfully fought commercial development. There is a good restaurant and market, and a golf course in the town. Within 10 miles are Lincoln City to the south and Pacific City to the north with additional restaurants, grocery stores and art galleries. Nearby are estuaries and rivers for kayaking and canoeing, hiking trails, and Sitka Center for Art and Ecology at Cascade Head.
